Fufillment Policy 

Influencer Business Academy, LLC d/b/a Bobby Robinson’s Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments 

These policies will aid users determine how Agency Influencer Business Academy DBA Bobby Robinson fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via a payment processor. 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of North Carolina. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. 

Fulfillment Policy 

At Influencer Business Academy, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory and meet our standards and that of our customers. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery Policy 

At Influencer Business Academy, we sell legal and business services to include digital courses. Depending on the service,  we deliver our services to clients via electronic and telephonic means pursuant to our client’s requests or in the case of the digital courses and unless the course is in pre-sale mode, customers will have immediate access to the purchased course via the designated platform. 

Service Delivery Delays

The Influencer Business Academy runs on a lean team and can sometimes run into delays in delivery. If a delay arises, our team will reach out to update you on the revised timeline / expectation and advise on the estimated delivery date. Please monitor the email, phone and text that is provided during the onboarding process, as this will be our mode of communication to you relative to any delays or other issues such as extended delays with the USPTO on the processing of trademarks which is beyond our control but something we’ll communicate / update you on as often as possible. 

Refunds 

We are a service based business and therefore, once resources have been allocated and the service has or is in the process of being rendered, we cannot get a return of time; therefore, all sales are final and no refunds are issued unless the Company elects to make an exception which is within its sole and exclusive power. 

That said, we’re in the people business so if you’re dissatisfied with our services, please let us know and we’ll do our best to ensure we’re able to resolve. 

 

Return Policy 

At Influencer Business Academy, we sell legal and business services, as well as digital courses. No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above. 

Cancellation Policy 

The following are to note: Once a contract with the Influencer Business Academy has been signed or a deposit has been paid, cancellations are not permitted. Furthermore, Customer will not dispute any charges with its bank regarding services rendered by Us. 

Project Abandonment 

If after repeated attempts by Influencer Business Academy to begin service, continue service, or finalize the delivery of the Services, Client fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Influencer Business Attorney’s requests and such continues for a period of thirty (30) days, the project will, at the option of Influencer Business Academy, be abandoned, whereupon Influencer Business Academy may reduce any refund for the Services to the Client to zero, and Client hereby provides its agreement to such forfeiture of any amounts of the Fees that have been paid by the Client for the Services as purchased or as described in the original Work Order, wherever applicable. 

Administrative Fee 

The following are to note: 

  • All refunds are subject to 30% administrative fee charges or a min of $500.

 

Make Complaint 

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to hello@theinfluencerattorney.co stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
